The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kkclub reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must update this information promptly if it changes. kkclub is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.
2.4 Jurisdiction Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the kkclub platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. kkclub makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular location. Access from Prohibited Territories is not permitted and kkclub reserves the right to close accounts where such access is identified.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). kkclub operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations under applicable international anti-money laundering regulations. Players may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkclub Login credentials, including your username and password. 3.2 Unauthorised Access. 3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your kkclub account at any time by contacting our support team. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
3.4 Account Suspension by kkclub. kkclub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. kkclub may apply a monthly dormancy fee to inactive accounts as published in the fee schedule in the player's account settings. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kkclub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Supported payment methods are subject to change and the current list is published in the kkclub cashier section at all times.
4.2 Currency. All Pakistani player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply and are disclosed in the cashier section.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your real money balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account. kkclub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification review before processing. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within the same business day. kkclub does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by factors outside its control.
4.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the cashier section of the platform. Requests below the minimum withdrawal threshold will not be processed. kkclub reserves the right to split large withdrawal requests across multiple transactions.
4.6 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. kkclub reserves the right to require verification of any payment method before processing withdrawals.
4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. kkclub is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Any deposits or withdrawals that raise concerns regarding the source of funds may be delayed pending investigation. kkclub may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with its legal obligations.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other offers made available by kkclub are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived winnings are not eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for completion are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. kkclub monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim promotions, using low-variance strategies to clear wagering requirements, and participation in promotions where the player's intent is not genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, kkclub reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account.
5.4 Promotional Eligibility. Not all promotions are available to all players. Eligibility criteria for individual promotions — including account status, deposit history, and geography — are specified in the promotion terms. kkclub reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
5.5 PSL and Cricket Promotions. Seasonal cricket promotions, including PSL boosted odds and cricket betting cashback offers, are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion. These promotions are time-limited and kkclub reserves the right to modify or withdraw them at any time.
5.6 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free bet credits that have not been used within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on the kkclub platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are published within the game interface or the relevant sportsbook market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules applicable to each game or market before participating.
6.2 Sportsbook Betting. All cricket bets, including PSL, Pakistan international, and other tournament markets, are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. kkclub reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or subject to circumstances materially affecting the integrity of the market.
6.3 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted at kkclub's discretion and are subject to real-time odds changes. kkclub reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted prior to a suspension are settled in accordance with the stated rules for that market.
6.4 Obvious Errors. kkclub reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of an obvious error, including but not limited to: manifestly incorrect odds, system errors, data feed failures, or human error in market construction. kkclub will make reasonable efforts to identify and rectify such errors promptly.
6.5 Maximum Win Limits. Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the kkclub platform. These limits are published within the relevant game or market interface. Where a player's winnings from a single game session or bet exceed the applicable maximum win limit, kkclub reserves the right to limit the payout to the published maximum.

10.1 Platform Availability. kkclub endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkclub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Cap on Liability. Where kkclub is found to be liable to a player despite the exclusions in these Terms, kkclub's total aggregate liability to that player shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by the player to their kkclub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Third Party Services. The kkclub platform integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data feed providers. kkclub is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third parties and excludes all liability to the extent permitted by law for any loss arising from third-party service failures.

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kkclub holds its international gaming authorisation.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and kkclub, you are encouraged to contact kkclub's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in kkclub's jurisdiction of licensing.
13.3 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
